My cousins made the epic powerful bows that only use the things you put in the edge of the sidewalk to mark the edge of the road when snows. You Just bend it and tie the ends with string. You just bend it and wrap the string around to give it more spring. I shoot the $2 arrows you get at dick's sporting goods. They are pretty powerful.
